I’m sweating to challenge myself, boost my wellbeing, and support a great cause!
Why I’m Sweating with Pride
Last June, I remember thinking, "I'd love to get to a place in my fitness journey where I feel comfortable signing up for Sweat with Pride." Not sure I’ve hit that milestone... but here we are anyway.
In a world that feels like it’s backtracking on queer rights, this is one small way I can show up for myself and for my community. So, I’ll be sweating 30 minutes every day in June to raise money for Rainbow support services that save lives.
If you’ve got a few dollars to throw at a good cause (and a very average exerciser), I’d be incredibly grateful.
