Why I’m Sweating with Pride

We know how important community is to mental and physical health and wellbeing, so it’s important to me to raise funds for those who are marginalised, and raise awareness - particularly in a year with so many of our trans and LGB brothers and sisters under attack.

I’m exercising 30 mins a day, which seems doable until you’re desperately hungover.
