Ok ok I understand that I am not exactly walking with a dog, but I am walking with my blobfish plushies (WHICH I LOVE AS MUCH AS ANY DOG I WILL EVER OWN!) I plan to walk from school and will be tracking how much I walk daily on my phone with one of my blobfish being in my bag the whole time! ok lets go!
My doggo and I are walking 100km for Rainbow Kiwis – can you help us?
Right now, many rainbow Kiwis still face discrimination and unsafe environments in schools, workplaces, and even healthcare—and it’s putting lives at risk. LGBTQIA+ Kiwis experience higher rates of mental illness, suicide, and barriers to accessing the support they deserve.
So this October, my lil blobfish plushie and I are putting our paws to the pavement—walking 100km together for Pride Unleashed—to raise money for life-changing Rainbow support services.
This cause means the world to me, and I’d be so grateful if you could chip in to help us reach our goal. Every dollar makes a difference and helps create a safer, kinder Aotearoa for our Rainbow whānau.
