Sweat with Pride has pushed me out of my comfort zone the past couple weeks with first time Contact Improv 💃(2 day dance-like workshop with the sensational Eliza Sanders, who has a movement + creative writing workshop this weekend “Poetry in Motion” (Pōneke) I’ll be at, that you can also join!), first time 7am Yoga class 🧘♀️, cold swimming 🏊♀️, pilates 🤸♀️, plus more excuses to bike 🚴♀️and walk🚶♀️(in a wide range of weather hahaha).
Finally the sun is back, so here’s a pic of me in the sun! Also grateful for wonderful friends who introduced this night owl 🌝🌙 to dawn yoga + cold swimming combos last week!! (And I’m very grateful!!) I think we’re gonna go again tomorrow!
