Employee Dollar Matching

Matched givingβ€―is an easy way to boost workplace fundraising and many organisations already have an employee matched giving programme in place!

Here’s how it works.Your organisation commits to matching the money you raise for Sweat with Pride to show that they’re serious about supporting the Rainbow Community.  

So, if your team raises $1000, your company will match it with $1000 – that’s $2000 to support life changing projects for Rainbow Kiwis!
 
Ask your HR department, corporate social responsibility team or even your CEO if your workplace has a matched giving programme. Even if they don’t, they might still be willing to help – all you need to do is ask!
