I'm taking on Sweat with Pride this June! 💦🌈
I'm fighting discrimination with perspiration—exercising 20 minutes every day in June to raise money for mental health Rainbow support services.
For those who know me well, 20 mins a day exercising is a challenge, such a simple thing to do, but for some reason there's a block. So this is a push to do every single day for one whole month.
