Why I’m Sweating with Pride
I'm taking on Sweat with Pride this June!
As you probably know, things are going pretty backwards for a lot of queer whanau around the world. However, it's also important to acknowledge rainbow folks in New Zealand still face higher rates of mental illness, many face medical and social discrimination and we continue to lose many amazing people far before their time.
To help raise money for some amazing support services - I'm challenging myself to exercise 21 minutes a day throughout June.
