This June, we are showing up for Sweat with Pride - by moving our bodies each day and backing Rainbow communities across Aotearoa. 🌈

While progress has been made, many Rainbow New Zealanders still don’t consistently feel safe or affirmed in everyday spaces like schools, workplaces, and healthcare settings. That lack of safety can show up as higher stress, poorer mental health, and barriers to accessing the care and support everyone deserves.

So we’re committing to at least 21 minutes of movement every day throughout June, raising funds to support organisations doing vital work for Rainbow Kiwis - from mental health support and sexual health services to community care and connection.

This is something we care deeply about, and we’re proud to be showing up together in a way we hope helps make a real difference. If you’re able to donate, share our page, or even just cheer us on, we’d be incredibly grateful. Every contribution helps support services that can genuinely change lives.
