So my weekend was full of moving things and cleaning! Friday-Saturday I helped my partner re-arrange the clothes and racks in his second-hand clothing store. Sunday I spent the day deep cleaning our house. Certainly getting some sweat miles in! Afraid I was so busy I forgot to take photos but I will next session! I've got yoga planned for tonight. I'll probably be joined by my partners, daughters cat so you'll likely get a cute cat photo too :D

I'm taking on Sweat with Pride this June! 💦🌈
Not only am I doing this to boost my own health but to support mental wellbeing for those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Right now, schools, workplaces, and even doctors’ offices aren’t safe for many in our community—and it’s putting lives at risk. LGBTQIA+ Kiwis face higher rates of mental illness, suicide, and STIs like syphilis, mpox, and HIV.
So, I'm fighting discrimination with perspiration—exercising 21 minutes every day in June to raise money for life-changing Rainbow support services.

This morning I was up at 6:30am doing yoga. This one focused on neck and shoulders which was a great way to start the day. Will take a pic for tomorrow!
Monday my partner and I braved the wind and went for a wander through our local park. It was fresh but nice. Will try remember to start taking more pics!

So I had my birthday party/fundraiser for our garden bar & event space Saturday night where I showed off my new flow props! I was still dancing at 1am so I counted that as my first 21+ mins of exercising... I'm pretty sure that counts, right? LOL The theme was warm fuzzies, hence the furry outfit :D
