Why I’m Sweating with Pride
I'm part of the FMG Pride Network, a community of FMG people and allies who are passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and able to be their authentic selves.
Taking part in Sweat with Pride is our way of backing that commitment beyond FMG — supporting the wider rainbow community through visibility, inclusion, and action. By moving our bodies together, we’re showing that pride isn’t just something we celebrate once a year — it’s something we live through allyship, connection, and care.
