In the pouring rain and with my inner thighs screaming in pain... she still went. ?Day 25 done (clearly not happy about having to do it haha)
Day 24. Rain stopping this boy? No ma’m. Back at it for day 24. Can we guess what he did? … that’s right! The same stuff as every day 😂
Writing Day 23 in the morning, she's changed. Up at 4am to smash an early morning work out. Weights on the legs (lawdt when will these forearms be able to lift weights again) and a quick treadmill power walk. Bring on Tuesday!
Day 22 consisted of the typical weights (legs only) and an lite walk on the treadmill
Day 21 was allllll weights baby! Pull downs only though, she’s sprained both forearms so no pull ups 😩
Day 20 was focused mostly on cardio with some lite weights
Day 19 kicked off with a morning workout. Ofc he forgot his apple watch but nonetheless I recorded it on some third party app instead so I could accurately get the time stamps baby!
Day 18 ended with more weights and the dreadful stair machine (from hell) but we did it. Man, this has been tough but keeping it up for the good cause!
Day 17 and another treadmill walk and leg weights
Day 16 consisted of more legs. Is she turning into jelly yet?
Day 15 consisted of 15 on weights for the legs and 15 on the stair case of hell
Day 14 kicked off with a walk to Kitekite Falls and then some free weights to finish it off 💪
Another day in the bag. Day 13 smashed, done and dusted
A solid weights session for day 12!
Day 9 finished off with a HEAVY weightlifting session followed by a moderate treadmill walk (I say moderate but my unfit a** was sweating like a beast)
Day 8 done! Cardio sesh today with a 30 minute treadmill walk and a 10 minute stair (of hell) climb
Day 7 done and dusted! Mental health is looooooving this
A busy day 6 but managed to get in the 21 minutes!
A rare morning workout for day 5 and I still have the entire day ahead to add more sweat minutes!
Capped day 4 off with some weights and the arch nemesis… the stair machine 😈
Third day in and I’ve met my fundraising goal! Stoked
