We did it! The Ladies Who Lunge did a fabulous job sweating our way through June. I was proud of myself for sticking with it and getting out there every day - even if just for a walk. I'm thrilled I was able to raise $$ for excellent rainbow organisations - thank you so much, sponsors!!!

I'm taking on Sweat with Pride this June! 💦🌈
Right now, schools, workplaces, and even doctors’ offices aren’t safe for many in our community—and it’s putting lives at risk. LGBTQIA+ Kiwis face higher rates of mental illness, suicide, and STIs like syphilis, mpox, and HIV.
So, I'm fighting discrimination with perspiration—exercising 30 minutes every day in June to raise money for life-changing Rainbow support services.
This cause means the world to me, and I’d be SO grateful if you could chip in to help me reach my goal. Every dollar makes a difference.

Day 18 and I've already met my exercise goal for the month! Very proud of myself - I didn't realise quite how much I walked each day; I should have set a higher goal...I will next year.
On Saturday, I realised at 10pm that I hadn't sweated with pride, so I pulled on my shoes and went for a walk. After a few minutes of grumbling, I realised I was actually really enjoying it. :)
