My doggo, Mickey, and I are walking 100km for Rainbow Kiwis – can you help us?
Right now, many rainbow Kiwis still face discrimination and unsafe environments in schools, workplaces, and even healthcare—and it’s putting lives at risk. LGBTQIA+ Kiwis experience higher rates of mental illness, suicide, and barriers to accessing the support they deserve.
So this October, my doggo and I are putting our paws to the pavement—walking 100km together for Pride Unleashed—to raise money for life-changing Rainbow support services.
This cause means the world to me, and I’d be so grateful if you could chip in to help us reach our goal. Every dollar makes a difference and helps create a safer, kinder Aotearoa for our Rainbow whānau.

We did our usual 6km walk on the street, through the orchard, along the trails, and ending on the beach. It was colddddddd but lots of fun and a great way to clear the head.
