I'm taking on Sweat with Pride this June! 💦🌈
Right now, schools, workplaces, and even doctors’ offices aren’t safe for many in our community—and it’s putting lives at risk. LGBTQIA+ Kiwis face higher rates of mental illness, suicide, and STIs like syphilis, mpox, and HIV.
So, I'm fighting discrimination with perspiration—exercising 21 minutes every day in June to raise money for life-changing Rainbow support services.
This cause means the world to me, and I’d be SO grateful if you could chip in to help me reach my goal. Every dollar makes a difference.

It's been crazy busy but trying to get round the block at least every lunchtime!! I took some photos and video of me at the gym on the weekend - arghh but proof is in the pudding.
It feels excellent to be supporting such a worthy cause. Pride has never felt more personal than having daughters who passionately talk about this cause. I have had a small setback over the weekend, but currently recovering quickly and hopeful I will lift my total minutes over the coming week! Plenty of stress in end of financial year budgets to push me out the door and round the block!
