Why I’m Sweating with Pride

I’m taking on Sweat with Pride this June! 💦🌈

If you know me, you know this is a cause that genuinely means a lot to me, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community here in Aotearoa is something I care deeply about. Right now, too many people in our community don’t feel safe or supported in everyday spaces like schools, workplaces, and even healthcare and that has real, heartbreaking impacts.

So… I’m turning that care into action (and a LOT of sweat!). I’m committing to 42 minutes of exercise every single day in June - rain, shine, or “I’d rather stay on the couch” days - to raise funds for incredible Rainbow support services doing life-changing work.

I’ll be sweating it out, so others don’t have to struggle in silence 💪
