I'm taking on Sweat with Pride this June! 💦🌈
Right now, schools, workplaces, and even doctors’ offices aren’t safe for many in our community—and it’s putting lives at risk. LGBTQIA+ Kiwis face higher rates of mental illness, suicide, and STIs like syphilis, mpox, and HIV.
So, I'm fighting discrimination with perspiration—exercising 60 minutes every day in June to raise money for life-changing Rainbow support services.

for day six, i went to the gym and did some dance in the studios
Today I didn't do much, but my friends and I went to a dance workshop for two hours.
Today was one of the super physical days at NASDA. I had an hour of Stretching and Conditioning, an hour of Jazz, and an hour at the gym.
The third day of June had me in my hour long dance development class, which is a mix of Jazz and Ballet techniques.
The second day of June has Bella and I sweating in our ballet class for an hour 🩰🩰
For the first day my friend and I spent an hour at the gym, working arms and abs 💪😝
