I am sweating with pride again this June and I need your help! 💦🌈💖 This year to help support my wider Rainbow community I am pledging to sweat for at least 30mins a day, and my other goal to help motivate both me to move and you to donate😉 is to see how many mountains I can climb in the Wellington region in June. I have a list in my head, but give me your suggestions too! I’m not doing it myself this year either! This year I’ve banded together some mates from work and we’re all helping support each other and making it a bit of an in-house comp too of ‘Which team can sweat the most minutes?’ Principals vs Associates vs Corporate/Operations vs Assistants. (I’m in the Assistants team, surely I can get my team to victory! Definitely think we can beat those Principals anyhow!) Also as a firm we want to make it to the top of the workplace leaderboard for donations (we’re 5th so far!) I’ll keep you updated as we get closer to June and then how the month progresses. I’ll share the Mountains(maybe some hills too) as I complete them! 🎉🌈💦⛰️💖

Why I’m Sweating with Pride
Hey y'all! I'm taking on Sweat with Pride this June! 💦🌈 This will be my 3rd year getting sweaty for a fantastic cause!
Right now, schools, workplaces, and even doctors’ offices aren’t safe for many in our community—and it’s putting lives at risk. LGBTQIA+ Kiwis face higher rates of mental illness, suicide, and STIs like syphilis, mpox, and HIV.
So, I'm fighting discrimination with perspiration—exercising 30 minutes every day in June to raise money for life-changing Rainbow support services.
This cause means the world to me, and I’d be SO grateful if you could chip in to help me reach my goal. Every dollar makes a difference.
