Why I’m Sweating with Pride

I’m taking on Sweat with Pride again this June! 💦🌈

I’m doing this as an ally, because too many LGBTQIA+ people still don’t feel safe being themselves - at school, at work, or even when accessing healthcare. That lack of safety has real consequences, including higher rates of mental distress and serious health risks.

So I’ll be fighting discrimination with perspiration - committing to 60 minutes of exercise every day in June to raise money for vital Rainbow support services that genuinely change lives.
